Refund Policy

We provide a full refund if the project is not accepted and initiated by our team. You have to provide a written application to us for even canceling the project before initiation.

A partial refund is considered in cases where some project milestones have been completed. We will deduct the amount from the advance payment accordingly, and if it exceeds that, you have to pay the remaining amount to Amplesoft Technologies.

We thoroughly analyze the project before deciding, as we don't want our clients and the company to face monetary loss.

If the project is completed or deployed on the servers, we will not provide you with any refund. Once the complete application is developed, the refund amount updates to zero by default.

We manage every project with the utmost professionalism and ensure top-tier quality for every output. However, if you are unsatisfied at any stage, you can reach out to our business managers and even contact the company directly through the provided communication channels. We will consider client cancellation and refund requests after the dispute resolution procedure. If we don't come to a mutually satisfactory conclusion, we will approve the cancellation and refund as per the policies. According to the project stage, the client will get paid in full, partial, or no refund.
